DecorAI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited ("DecorAI", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the DecorAI – AI Interior Design mobile app and the website at decorai.club. We have written it to be readable, not lawyerly. If anything is unclear, write to hello@rocketdigital.ai.
1. Who we are
DecorAI is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, registered at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. We are the data controller for personal information processed in connection with the DecorAI app and decorai.club.
2. What we collect
Information you provide
- Photos of your rooms that you upload to generate AI interior design redesigns.
- Account information such as email address, sign-in identifiers and authentication tokens (handled via Firebase Authentication).
- Subscription and purchase data when you upgrade to a paid plan (handled via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play).
- Support correspondence when you email us.
Information collected automatically
- Device information (model, OS, app version), language and region.
- Usage events (screens viewed, features used, errors), generally aggregated.
- Cookies and similar identifiers when you visit decorai.club.
- Approximate location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS).
3. How we use your information
- To run and improve the DecorAI AI interior design app and website.
- To generate AI room redesigns from the photos you upload.
- To deliver, restore and verify subscriptions and purchases.
- To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse and keep the app secure.
- To measure marketing and product performance in aggregate.
- To communicate with you about updates, support requests and policy changes.
4. Third-party services we work with
We rely on a small set of carefully chosen processors. Each receives only what they need to do their job and is bound by a data-processing agreement.
RevenueCat
Handles subscription state, purchase history and entitlements across iOS and Android. RevenueCat Privacy.
Firebase (Google)
Used for authentication, app configuration, crash reporting and analytics. Firebase Privacy.
Google AdMob
Serves advertising in the free tier of the app and may use device identifiers for limited ad personalization. AdMob Privacy.
OpenAI
Provides large-language-model assistance for parts of the AI room design experience. Photos and prompts may be sent to OpenAI under their API terms. OpenAI Privacy.
Microsoft Azure
Hosts cloud infrastructure used to run portions of DecorAI. Microsoft Privacy.
Replicate
Runs the image-generation models that produce DecorAI's AI room redesigns. Replicate Privacy.
Fal.ai
Provides additional fast image-generation capacity for AI room redesigns. Fal.ai Privacy.
Google Analytics 4
Measures aggregate website usage on decorai.club. We use IP anonymization where available. Google Privacy.
Meta Pixel
Tracks aggregate marketing performance and supports custom events such as iOS_App_Store_Click and GooglePlay_Store_Click. Meta Privacy.
Vercel Analytics
Provides privacy-friendly web analytics and Speed Insights for decorai.club. Vercel Privacy.
5. Your photos and AI redesigns
Photos you upload to DecorAI are sent to our cloud and to the AI providers listed above purely to generate the requested redesigns. We do not sell your photos, do not use them to train third-party advertising models, and do not publish them publicly. You may delete photos and generated outputs from inside the app at any time.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
On decorai.club we use first-party cookies for analytics and marketing measurement, and third-party cookies set by Google Analytics and Meta. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
7. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
- Contract — to deliver the DecorAI app you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests — to run, secure and improve the service.
- Consent — for non-essential marketing cookies and personalized ads where required.
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting and regulatory rules.
8. International transfers
Some of the services we use process data outside your home country (for example in the United States or the European Union). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
9. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained longer.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@rocketdigital.ai with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Children
DecorAI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post material changes on this page and update the date above. If changes affect how we process your data, we will notify you in-app or by email where appropriate.
